There is a first aid service in the Park, as well as a hospital close by in Puerto
Natales.

Insurance
In order to explore Torres del Paine National Park, it is recommended that every visitor
carry an insurance policy to cover contingencies. All safety measures are taken for
explorations. However, if a visitor takes unnecessary risks, whether it be health risks or
imprudence, explora will not be held responsible for any unforeseen accidents. Language
The hotel personnel, as well as all guides, are fluent in both English and Spanish. Some
also speak German, Italian and Portugese.
Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the hotel.
 Seasons
The hotel is open all year round and the Park can be visited throughout the year.
Vehicles
explora uses comfortable Ford Club Wagon vans for 12 passengers
transportation. Other travel for exploration is done walking or horseback
riding, sometimes with the help of motorboats to cross lakes. |
