HAWKSBILL BEACH RESORT

February 17, 2004.......Hawksbill Beach Resort, located in St. John’s Antigua announces that A.W. Resort Marketing, a company specializing in small intimate resorts in the Caribbean, will now be representing the hotel in North America.

Richard Michelin, the GM, says “we feel AW Resort Marketing will be a good partner in our efforts to promote Hawksbill in the U.S. market
with their experience in working with the smaller hotels of the Caribbean”.

Hawksbill Beach Resort has recently become an all inclusive resort and
now features a Wellness Cottage, as well as a full range of activities and nightly entertainment. Hawksbill has 111 rooms on more than 37 acres on stunning Hawksbill Bay featuring 4 separate beaches, including one for bathing “au naturel”.
