We're always looking for the best travel nonfiction around. We're open to memoirs, reportage, personal essays, translations--whatever you happen to call great travel writing. We pay $100 to $200 for essays from 500 words to 7,000 words. 

We are also always hunting for high-quality color photographs for our cover, as well as black-and-white photo essays of about 8 photos. Pay is negotiable.

Please do not e-mail submissions. Grand Tour accepts unsolicited manuscripts or photos, but not queries. All manuscripts must be accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged material. Never send an original or your only copy. Reply on unsolicited manuscripts can take up to three months. We prefer photographs sent on slides.
