Croatia Where To Stay
There are accommodations for all tastes and budgets,
luxury private villas to camp complexes. Hotels, listed
by local tourist offices, are classified with three to
five stars.
Transportation
Arriving & Departing: There are direct
trans-Atlantic flights via several European cities.
Croatia has nine airports: Zagreb, Split, Pula, Rijeka,
Dubrovnik, Osijek, Zadar, Losinj and Brac. There are
shuttle buses from the airports to city hotels, as well
as taxi service. Bus and train routes operate daily to
many cities in central Europe. In addition, there is fast
ferry service to ports in Italy and Greece.
Getting Around: Taxis and car-rental services
are available in towns, cities and in tourist resorts.
Ships and ferries operate along the coast and toward the
islands, with express service from Rijeka to Dubrovnik.
