Owen S. M. Bethel, President and Managing Director of MSI, has had a lengthy and distinguished career in international finance. Prior to establishing MSI, Mr. Bethel was appointed the first Executive Director of The Bahamas Investment Authority, an agency created to promote investment opportunities in the Bahamas, to advise on policies and legislation, and to facilitate the approval and implementation of investment projects.

• Because MSI's service is customized to the requirements of each client, our policy requires that we begin by constructing a confidential client profile. In addition to enabling the determination of risk tolerance, this profile serves as the basis for the client's investment strategy and objectives. MSI will take no action with a client's funds until the strategy and objectives of investment are clearly defined.
• After the client profile is prepared, MSI facilitates the opening of accounts, the transfer of funds, and the execution of the investment strategy. Our personalized service ensures that this process is completed in a non-intimidating fashion.

• International Offshore Securities Trading:

  MSI manages clients' securities transactions in most markets and arranges for settlement and safekeeping/custodial facilities. We further advise on the selection of securities and on the best vehicles for the retention of same.

• Fund Administration:

  MSI assists in the administration of offshore mutual funds and investment funds, and in the investment of those resources in a diverse selection of recognized global securities.

• Corporate/Entrepreneurial Finance:

  MSI assists in the arrangement of optimum financing packages to suit the needs of countries, corporate establishments, and entrepreneurial ventures, using both domestic and international networks.
